Eligibility

Freelancers and Self-employed Individuals: To qualify, hold a bachelor’s degree or specialized diploma, possess a freelance or self-employment permit from MoHRE, and demonstrate an annual income of at least AED360,000 for two years.

Skilled Employees: Provide a valid employment contract, fall within the first, second, or third occupational level classification, hold a bachelor’s degree, and earn a minimum monthly salary of AED15,000.

Investors or Partners: Obtain investment approval, provide proof of investment activities, and secure approval from relevant local authorities.

Benefits

2. Register a new user account if not already registered.
3. Select the desired service and relevant subcategory.
4. Attach necessary documents.
5. Pay applicable service fees.
6. Submit the request.
