Refunds are issued in full provided we are notified in writing 24 hours prior to the booking time and date. Last-minute booking cancellations will not be refunded however the booking will be rescheduled for a mutually agreeable date and time. Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
VAULT cancellation policy:
Refunds are issued in full if Vault Memberships are cancelled with 14 days of purchase provided that no discounts of benefits have been redeemed.
