Kuwait Celebrates EU’s Five-Year Schengen Visa for Citizens

Kuwait warmly welcomes the European Union’s (EU) recent decision to grant its citizens a five-year, multiple-entry Schengen visa. This significant development was greeted with enthusiasm by Kuwait’s Foreign Minister, Sheikh Salem Al Sabah.

Sheikh Salem Al Sabah expressed his gratitude for the collaborative efforts of the EU that have led to these new visa regulations. He emphasized that continued cooperation in this regard could pave the way for Kuwaiti citizens to enjoy visa-free access to the Schengen zone.

As part of the foreign ministry’s ongoing initiatives, exempting citizens from visa requirements to travel to the Schengen area is a crucial step in meeting the needs of Kuwaiti nationals.
