About the Role
Guildhall is running the search for a regional construction and development group delivering high-rise commercial, residential and hospitality projects across the GCC. The Senior Mechanical Design Engineer will own detailed HVAC, plumbing, drainage and firefighting design across live high-rise packages, from load calculations through equipment selection to commissioning support. The role
- Develop detailed mechanical shop drawings for HVAC, plumbing, drainage and firefighting systems
- Run load calculations and specify chillers, AHUs, FAHUs, pumps and controls
- Coordinate with architectural, structural and electrical teams to resolve design clashes
- Prepare BOQs, design reports and material specifications for live packages
- Lead BIM coordination to keep mechanical services clash-free and properly routed
- Support commissioning planning and as-built documentation at project handover
