Senior Contracts and Claims Manager

A well-established regional systems integrator, active on some of Saudi Arabia's largest government and giga-project developments, is hiring a Contract Manager in Riyadh to protect its commercial position across multiple live projects. The role sits close to commercial leadership and carries real ownership of claims recovery, not just administration. Continued expansion across the Kingdom has driven the need for a dedicated specialist to keep pace with a growing project portfolio.

The role

• Own contract administration across several live projects in Riyadh.
• Identify claim opportunities and prepare well-substantiated variation order submissions.
• Negotiate extension-of-time claims with clients, consultants and main contractors.
• Maintain the claims register, contractual notices and commercial correspondence.
• Report contractual and commercial status directly to senior management.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or Law.
• Minimum 5 years' contract or claims management experience within Saudi Arabia.
• Proven record recovering commercial claims on construction, MEP, ELV or ICT projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and subcontract administration.
• Fluent written and verbal English; Arabic language skills highly advantageous.
