Quantity Surveyor

A large multinational EPC main contractor, part of a global infrastructure group, is building out its commercial team as a major government-backed airport expansion in Dubai South moves into execution. This Quantity Surveyor role sits at the centre of post-contract cost control on a long-duration, high-complexity mega-project, working across project, engineering, procurement and commercial functions.

Package: AED 9,000–12,500 per month, depending on experience.

The role

• Support post-contract cost management on a major airport infrastructure expansion in Dubai South.
• Manage variations and claims across project, engineering, procurement and commercial teams.
• Work within a matrix team on a long-duration, government-backed mega-project.
• Help establish commercial controls as the project enters execution phase.

What you'll bring

• 1–5 years of hands-on QS or commercial experience on UAE construction projects.
• Proficiency in Planswift and CostX for post-contract cost and variation management.
• Solid grounding in cost engineering, variation claims and commercial administration.
• Professional QS qualification, such as RICS or AIQS, or equivalent.
• Valid UAE work permit or immediate eligibility to start.
