Hiring a PR & Marketing Manager in Dubai
A PR & Marketing Manager in Dubai's hospitality and F&B space typically owns media relations, event execution and brand communications for a set portfolio of client accounts, reporting to a PR Director or Managing Director. In boutique integrated agencies, this person often works closely with digital, creative and branding teams rather than sitting in a standalone PR function. Many candidates move into this title from a senior executive or account manager role, taking on account ownership for the first time. Demand for this profile tends to track growth in Dubai's hospitality, hotel and F&B sectors, where brands rely on agency-side PR support rather than in-house teams.
