About the Role
Guildhall is running this search for a Grade A main contractor delivering high-rise civil, commercial and industrial projects across the UAE. The Project Engineer will own day-to-day schedule, procurement, quality and subcontractor management on a live high-rise site in Dubai, reporting to the Project Manager. The client needs a hands-on engineer to mobilise resources and keep a major build on track through its next phase. It's a site-based delivery seat for someone who has directly run high-rise site packages, not only planned or consulted on them.
The role
- Run day-to-day schedule, procurement and quality on a live high-rise site.
- Prepare monthly manpower and material outlooks with the Project Manager.
- Review subcontractor progress, resolve variance reports and claims.
- Coordinate with consultants on inspections, drawings and submittals.
- Monitor site safety performance and recommend procedural improvements.
- Compile as-built drawings and close-out documentation on completion.
