Hiring a General Foreman in Dubai
A General Foreman on a high-rise tower project in Dubai typically reports to a Site Manager and sits above individual trade Foremen, owning day-to-day crew coordination. The role usually comes from a trade background, with the person having worked up from hands-on carpentry, masonry, MEP or a similar trade into supervising several crews at once. Demand for this seat tends to track live, active builds, since towers need consistent site-level supervision to keep schedule, quality and safety on track. Strong candidates combine trade-level technical knowledge with the ability to read drawings, forecast manpower and manage multiple Foremen at the same time.
