Hiring an Executive Assistant in Abu Dhabi and Dubai
Senior Executive Assistant roles supporting a single principal are common across family offices, government-related entities, diplomatic missions, defence and financial services in the UAE. These seats typically report directly to the executive and own the full administrative function — calendar, travel, correspondence and confidential documentation — with no team to manage. Employers filling this type of role usually prioritise discretion and direct one-to-one experience over breadth of exposure, and reserve full company detail for the later stages of interview. Demand for this profile stays steady given how much trust the seat requires.
