About the Role
Guildhall is hiring for a publicly listed global travel and leisure group with media and vacation-club operations, building out its Dubai hub. Hiring an Executive Assistant to Senior Vice Presidents in Dubai
An Executive Assistant to Senior Vice Presidents in Dubai typically owns diary management, meeting preparation and confidential correspondence for one or more senior leaders. As multinational travel, leisure and media groups expand their regional hubs in Dubai, demand is rising for EAs who can support more than one executive at once, often across different functions. This kind of dual-support seat is less common than a single-executive EA role and usually signals a growing office structure that needs dedicated infrastructure at the top.
