ELV Project Manager

Guildhall is running this search for a systems integrator delivering large-scale ELV, ICT, security and smart-city projects across Saudi Arabia's giga-project and mixed-use development pipeline. This ELV Project Manager role in Riyadh owns one or more live projects end-to-end, from kickoff through testing, commissioning and handover, with full commercial control over cost, variations and claims. The business is scaling delivery capacity to keep pace with a growing project pipeline and needs someone who can run a large ELV scope independently from day one. It's a seat with direct exposure to Tier-1 main contractors and consultants, on projects of real scale.

Package: SAR 20,000–35,000 per month, depending on experience.

The role

• Own one or more live ELV projects in Riyadh, end-to-end.
• Manage security, ICT/structured cabling, AV, BMS and integration systems delivery.
• Run testing, commissioning and handover to final client sign-off.
• Control budgets, cash flow, variations, claims and contractual risk.
• Coordinate design, engineering, procurement and site teams directly.
• Act as main point of contact for clients and consultants.

What you'll bring
