About the Role
Guildhall is looking for a regulated digital-asset issuer scaling its commercial operation across the GCC, built around a live, gold-backed digital asset that has already cleared regulatory approval. This person will own revenue strategy end to end — designing commercial models and closing the institutional partnerships that turn a regulated, asset-backed product into recurring income. The mandate exists because the product is live and licensed: the business now needs someone to build the revenue engine, not test the concept. It is a rare seat in this market — full commercial ownership of a regulated, gold-backed digital currency, not a trading or exchange play.
The role
- Own revenue strategy and P&L across multiple digital-asset revenue streams
- Design commercial models for settlement, custody, tokenization and licensing income
- Originate and close partnerships with banks, exchanges, custodians and payment providers
- Build B2B and B2B2C distribution channels for institutional and retail adoption
- Represent the business to regulators, partners and investors across the GCC
What you'll bring
