Hiring a Client Relations Executive in Dubai
A Client Relations Executive in a Dubai professional services firm typically owns the relationship after the deal is done. It sits apart from sales or recruitment delivery, focused instead on visibility, follow-up and introductions across the city's business circles. Firms create this role when client acquisition is already working well and they want someone dedicated to retention, rather than leaving it to delivery consultants. It typically suits someone early in their career who is already well-networked in Dubai, more than someone chasing a desk-based target.
Common questions
What does a Client Relations Executive do in Dubai?
They keep a firm's existing clients close after the initial deal, through regular meetings, events and introductions. The focus is relationship visibility and repeat business, not new client acquisition from scratch. It typically involves regular face-to-face time, attending evening events, and representing the firm socially.
What experience do I need to apply?
You need near-native English and genuine comfort speaking with senior executives. An existing network across Dubai's business or social scene matters more than formal recruitment or sales experience, which is usually trained on the job. Another language such as Arabic is an advantage.
