Job Description:

As a Senior Investment Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating real estate transactions and providing expert guidance to clients. This role shall be reporting to the Head of Sales, you shall also have the freedom of working across both secondary and off-plan sales.


Property Listings:
- Compile detailed property listings, including location, features, and pricing.

Client Acquisition:
- Proactively identify potential clients, including property owners looking to sell and individuals or businesses seeking to buy or lease property.

Market Analysis:
- Stay updated on local real estate market trends, prices, and developments.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to provide clients with accurate and current information.

Client Consultation:
- Consult with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
- Offer guidance on market conditions, pricing strategies, and financing options.

Property/Project Viewings:
- Coordinate and conduct property viewings and developer sales center visits for potential buyers.
- Showcase property features and benefits to assist clients in making informed decisions.

- Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers, striving to achieve mutually beneficial terms.
- Mediate any disputes or concerns that may arise during the transaction process.

- Prepare and review legal documents, including sales agreements, lease contracts, and other paperwork.
- Ensure all documentation complies with local regulations and laws.

Market Promotion:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote properties and attract potential buyers or tenants.
- Utilize online and offline channels to maximize property exposure.

- Establish and nurture a network of contacts within the real estate industry, including developers, brokers, and related professionals.

Client Follow-up:
- Provide ongoing support and communication to clients throughout the transaction process.
- Address any concerns or issues promptly to ensure client satisfaction.

- Stay informed about real estate laws, regulations, and industry standards in Dubai.
- Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in all transactions.


- Proven track record in real estate sales, with a minimum of [X] years of experience.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to mediate conflicts effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and relevant regulations.
- Proficiency in preparing and reviewing legal documents.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a network of industry contacts.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred).
- Valid real estate license in Dubai (preferred).
