Guildhall is recruiting a highly skilled Salesforce CRM Administrator for a leading technology-driven company based in Dubai. Specialising in Business Set-Up, Licensing, and Corporate Services, our client provides cutting-edge services and innovative solutions to help businesses achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Salesforce Administration:

- Manage and optimize the Salesforce CRM platform for high performance, reliability, and scalability.

User Support & Training:

- Provide user support, troubleshoot issues, conduct training sessions, and develop user guides.

Customization & Development:

- Customize Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Develop custom applications to enhance functionality.

Data Management:

- Implement best practices for data management, including data migration, integration, deduplication, and validation.

Reporting & Analytics:

- Create and manage complex reports and dashboards.
- Utilize Salesforce Einstein Analytics for predictive analysis and insights.

Integration:

- Design and implement integration solutions using APIs, middleware, and third-party applications.

Security & Compliance:

- Configure security settings, user roles, and access controls.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Process Automation:

- Develop and deploy process automation solutions using Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, and other tools.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a Salesforce Administrator or Developer.
- Certification: Salesforce Certified Administrator required. Additional certifications like Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Advanced Administrator, or Platform Developer are highly desirable.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, REST/SOAP APIs, and data management tools. Experience with Salesforce Einstein Analytics is a plus.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
