Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Manager, ELV Systems to be responsible for securing ELV installation (Surveillance, Access Control, Gate Barriers, and other related IT
Security Services) projects across defined verticals by developing and strengthening relationships with high-value clientele. This is a techno-commercial role and will require expertise in cultivating both new customer opportunities and strengthening existing customer partnerships with existing commercial accounts. This role will report directly to the CEO.


Business Development:

  • Specialize in growing customer verticals within commercial Surveillance, Access Control, Gate Barriers, and IT Security Products and Services.
  • Lead the sales cycle and company relationships as well as carrying out building surveys and system design with innovation and adaptability.
  • Identify the need for new security technology solutions; design, review, and collaborate on the deployment of new solutions.
  • Interact with systems vendors to negotiate contract bids and awards.
  • In close collaboration with the CEO, work with key contacts in the Government, Retail, Real Estate, and Hospitality sectors, building opportunities to bid on
  • projects and present technical information to board level
Technical Requirements:
  • Draft documentation of new, existing, or extended electronic security systems.
  • Review, evaluate, and update drawings and product submittals; prepare technical specifications for installation methods and components.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert on the implementation and capabilities of existing security controls.
  • Provide direction and thought leadership to enterprise-wide initiatives applying security principles such as access control, surveillance, IT Security, and
  • Cybersecurity.
  • Play an integral role in the systems integration process, acting as the primary point of contact between the systems vendor, the project team, and the client to ensure a successful implementation.
  • Oversee a team of in-house ELV Technicians and outsourced Technicians to deliver complex implementation projects in a commercially beneficial and timely
  • manner.


  • Minimum 5 years of experience within the ELV Systems industry 
  • Technical knowledge working knowledge of security system design including access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, ANPR, and advanced security applications such as biometrics, video analytics, and visitor management
  • Strong network within the UAE 
  • Previous success in account management, with a demonstrable ability to provide customer-driven solutions, support or service
  • UAE Drivers license 
  • Strong understanding of how the ELV sales cycle works
