Sales Executive - Real Estate

Position Overview:

We are seeking experienced Sales Executives with a profound understanding of the UAE real estate market to join our client's dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering client relationships, driving sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exemplary service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, potential customers, and third-party agents to drive sales and achieve targets.
- Handle client inquiries promptly and effectively, guiding them through the property purchasing process.
- Conduct property demonstrations and assist clients in selecting suitable properties to meet their needs.
- Facilitate property viewings and inspections for clients, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts and payment terms, obtaining internal approval as necessary.
- Coordinate with various departments to expedite deal processing and ensure efficiency.
- Provide post-sales support, including payment follow-ups if necessary.
- Deliver regular reports and updates to management on sales progress and market insights.
- Stay informed about market trends, government regulations, competitor activities, and industry developments, making recommendations accordingly.
- Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events, and sales locations.
- Promote properties through various channels, including agents, marketing initiatives, and social media platforms.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with company-approved content on social media platforms, reporting and resolving any violations.
- Manage overall sales and marketing activities, including market research, sales presentations, and analysis of trends.
- Maintain relationships with key clients and agents, identifying new opportunities and addressing specific needs.


- Minimum 5 years of experience in the UAE real estate sector, preferably with a developer.
- Advanced degree in sales or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong social media proficiency (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) and ability to create engaging web content.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong report writing skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and management abilities.
- Proficiency in public speaking and building client relationships.
- Experience in market assessment and research.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Valid UAE driving license.
