Guildhall is seeking a dynamic and strategic Regional Sales Director to lead our efforts in penetrating the real estate market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies, achieving ambitious targets, and fostering key client relationships.

Responsibilities:

Market Expansion Strategy:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for effective penetration of the UAE market.
• Analyze market trends, competition, and potential growth opportunities to inform strategy.

Sales Target Achievement:
• Set ambitious yet realistic land sales targets for the Middle East region, with a primary focus on the UAE.
• Regularly monitor sales performance and take proactive measures to meet or exceed targets.

Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, developers, brokers, and stakeholders in the UAE real estate industry.
• Foster long-term partnerships and identify collaboration and business development opportunities.

Team Leadership:
• Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals.
• Provide guidance and support to help the team achieve individual and collective targets.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions to enhance skills and capabilities.

Market Research and Analysis:
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the UAE real estate industry.
• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential risks.

Marketing and Branding:
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop effective campaigns tailored to the UAE market.
• Maximize brand visibility and awareness through various channels, including digital marketing, events, and sponsorships.

Negotiation and Deal Closure:
• Lead negotiations with potential clients, investors, and partners to secure lucrative land development deals, joint ventures, and sales contracts.
• Drive the negotiation process from initial contact to contract signing, ensuring favorable terms for the company.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 7-10 years of demonstrated success in real estate sales.
• Proven track record of achievements in the Middle East, specifically within the UAE market.
• Strong leadership capabilities with a background in managing and motivating sales teams.
• Successful history of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent comprehension of UAE real estate market dynamics.
• In-depth knowledge of market trends, customer preferences, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
