Guildhall, the leading executive search firm in the UAE, is advertising a position for a Pre Contracts Quantity Surveyor with expertise in interior fit-out projects for a top-tier high-end turnkey residential contracting company.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong experience in pre-contract cost estimating and value engineering
• In-depth knowledge of fit-out construction processes, materials, and project management
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to negotiate and secure subcontractor agreements
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities will include:

• Prepare cost estimates and feasibility studies for interior fit-out projects
• Provide value engineering and cost savings solutions to clients and project teams
• Conduct site visits, attend meetings and liaise with subcontractors, suppliers and clients
• Monitor and report project costs, including change order management and cost tracking
• Develop, maintain and monitor project schedules and budgets
