Guildhall Executive Search is seeking a strategic leader on behalf of our client to oversee all aspects of their property management company. This role encompasses property management, OA management, facilities management, marketing, and business development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving operational excellence and business growth, coupled with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

- Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive operational efficiency and business growth across all areas of the organization.
- Champion the adoption of technology solutions and best practices to improve operational efficiency, enhance customer experiences, and drive innovation.

- Property and OA Management:
- Oversee OA and property management activities, including leasing, tenant relations, financial management, and asset optimization, to maximize property performance and investor returns.

- Facilities Management:
- Drive facilities management initiatives to ensure safe, efficient, and sustainable properties that meet the needs of tenants and stakeholders.

- Marketing and Business Development:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new tenants, enhance brand visibility, and drive occupancy rates.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams to expand the property management portfolio and drive revenue growth.

- Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team and foster relationships with key stakeholders, including tenants, vendors, investors, and industry partners, to support business objectives and drive value creation.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles within the property management, real estate, or related industries.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and executing strategic business plans to achieve organizational objectives.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to deliver results.
- In-depth knowledge of property management principles, facilities maintenance, marketing strategies, and business development techniques.
- Familiarity with technology solutions for property management, marketing automation, data analytics, and business intelligence.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions and business priorities.
