Your Mission:
Design Brilliance: Devise mud mix strategies in alignment with ever-evolving geology, using top-tier geotechnical data.
Precision Analytics: Establish fluid baselines, monitor deviations, and maintain optimum mud parameters. Ensure every shift concludes with a detailed mud report.
Mud Mastery: Adapt to mud changes in real-time, optimizing viscosity, pH balance, and chemical compositions.
Operational Oversight: Supervise the mud recycling plant, mentor the team, and ensure the best practices in mud preparation.
Continuous Learning & Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with an array of engineers and technical experts to achieve project success.

What You Bring:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in Oil & Gas projects.
- Proficiency in mud performance testing equipment.
- Completion of Baroid Core Training Course at Halliburton or an equivalent recognized program.
- Fluent in English.
