Job Role:

The Marketing Manager will spearhead our marketing operations, focusing on crafting and executing strategies that enhance our property visibility and brand prominence. We are searching for a self-driven, strategic thinker with a robust background in real estate marketing and a proven record of successful team leadership and campaign management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Planning: Create and implement detailed marketing plans to elevate our property portfolio.
- Campaign Development: Lead multichannel marketing campaigns, overseeing their design and execution.
- Budget Management: Allocate and manage budgets with a keen eye on maximizing ROI.
- Property Branding: Define and develop distinctive branding for various property types.
- Digital Marketing: Drive online marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, and social media strategies.
- Public Relations: Manage PR activities, enhancing brand visibility and managing media relations.
- Market Research: Conduct and analyze market studies to guide and refine marketing strategies.
- Analytics and Reporting: Assess campaign effectiveness, adjusting strategies based on data insights.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure marketing alignment with sales objectives.
- Agency Management: Oversee external agencies, ensuring top-notch execution of marketing activities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in real estate marketing, with leadership roles.
- Expertise in digital and traditional marketing channels, with exceptional analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools.
- Creative, strategic, and results-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
