At Guildhall we are currently seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive on behalf of our esteemed client in the industrial automation sector. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing the brand presence of our client, referred to as 'IFM,' by executing strategic marketing initiatives within the country.

Job Description:

As Marketing Executive, you will help drive brand development and execute marketing activities aligned with the sales plan. Devise strategies for the Marketing Department, ensuring business objectives within set budgets and timelines. Collaborate with sales and product management to create impactful materials reflecting IFM's message, solutions, and vision while upholding corporate guidelines and coordinating with the Headquarters.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee direct mail, exhibitions, advertising, social media, web promotion, email marketing, press relations, literature, and other promotional activities as required by IFM.
- Coordinate and manage events in collaboration with the UAE team, including exhibitions, workshops, and trainings.
- Create marketing materials within IFM's corporate guidelines, demonstrating initiative and creativity.
- Stay updated on relevant design applications and best practices in print and online design procedures.
- Manage budget planning and control.
- Conduct supplier research, interviews, and selection, as well as day-to-day cost control activities.
- Adhere to relevant legal requirements and collaborate on an international level and BI.

Qualification / Skills:

- Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing with 3-5 years of relevant marketing experience.
- B2B marketing experience, preferably in business solutions and products (industrial automation company experience is a plus).
- Proven track record of achieving results through planning, executing, and coordinating marketing campaigns.
- Expertise in both digital and non-digital media, including exhibitions.
- Experience in digital content creation and design, with extensive understanding of social media content.
- Strong written and oral communication skills for various stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience in video editing; videography and photography skills are a plus.
- Self-starting, professional, organized, with a high sense of team spirit and responsibility.
- Proficiency in MS Office software; English and/or Arabic proficiency. Adobe software or other design applications proficiency is advantageous.
- Good adaptability, ability to work under tight deadlines, and availability for regular business trips.
