A newly established startup that focuses on producing high-quality, diverse, and sustainable shape-enhancing garments and accessories are looking for a Marketing Executive to join their team. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a highly motivated and talented Marketing Executive. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote the brand and expand their market reach. Working closely with the CEO, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on their fast-growing startup, where your creativity and strategic thinking will be highly valued.

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer preferences, and integrate these findings into our marketing strategies.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing plans and campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and customer retention.
  • Manage our social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement, to enhance brand visibility and improve audience engagement.
  • Create compelling and engaging written and visual content for marketing materials, including website copy, blog posts, emails, and advertisements.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as designers and influencers, to create cohesive and impactful marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze key marketing performance metrics, such as website traffic, social media engagement, and conversion rates, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in marketing to ensure the continuous improvement and effectiveness of our marketing efforts.
  • Develop and execute effective PR communication strategies, including the creation and dissemination of press releases, and maintain relationships with journalists and media outlets.
  • Plan, execute, and coordinate various events to promote our brand and increase brand awareness.

  • Proven 3-5 years' experience as a Marketing Executive or in a similar role, preferably within the fashion or apparel industry.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies, with a track record of executing successful marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Proficiency in social media management, including content creation, scheduling, and analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive marketing content.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
  • Creative thinker with a strong eye for design and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, Arts, Fashion, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Additional skills in graphic design, photography, or videography are a plus.
  • A high level of proficiency in English, ideally as a native or mother tongue speaker.
