Proficiency in Russian and Arabic is a strong advantage, as the role involves dealing with Ultra-High Net Worth (UHNW) individuals from diverse backgrounds. Key Responsibilities:

Yacht Sales:
- Utilize your expertise to promote and sell luxury yachts to UHNW clients, including individuals, corporations, and high-profile personalities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their preferences and provide tailored yacht options.
- Stay updated on the latest yacht models, trends, and market conditions to effectively advise clients.

Market Research:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and market trends.
- Gather information on competitors and their offerings to position our yachts effectively.

Communication:
- Effectively communicate with clients in a professional and persuasive manner, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and needs promptly.
- Present detailed information on yacht specifications, pricing, and financing options.
- Facilitate yacht viewings, inspections, and sea trials for interested clients.

Sales Strategies:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns.
- Participate in yacht shows, exhibitions, and events to expand the client base.



Requirements:

- Language Skills: Proficiency in Russian and/or Arabic is highly desirable, in addition to English.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in luxury yacht sales.
- Network: A strong network of UHNW clients or potential leads in the Dubai region is a significant advantage.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Sales Acumen: A strong understanding of sales strategies, negotiation skills, and a passion for luxury yachts.
- Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the luxury yacht market, including models, specifications, and industry trends.
- Professionalism: Impeccable presentation and professionalism when dealing with high-profile clients.
- Legal and Financial Understanding: Familiarity with legal and financial aspects of yacht sales.
- Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate client needs.
