Responsibilities include:

  • Training managers and staff.
  • Creating and managing budgets.
  • Major account relationships and development.
  • Dealer Principal activities for various brands.
  • Improving revenue.
  • Hiring employees.
  • Evaluating performance and productivity.
  • Analysing accounting and financial data.
  • Researching and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Generating reports and giving presentations.
Candidates should have extended experience in the transport refrigeration industry
