Build-side recruitment covers the physical construction and commissioning of the data centre — MEP engineering, electrical and mechanical design, HVAC installation, fire protection, and BMS controls. Run-side recruitment covers the operational technology layer — cloud infrastructure, networking, site reliability, capacity planning, and information security.
