A graduate from the UK, with Fellowship of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals (FIRP), Recruitment & Employment Confederation (FREC) he started his career working for a top 3 HR consultancy based in London. He won numerous awards while providing services across the UK, France, Netherlands, Germany and Russia, covering the Engineering, Pharmaceutical and IT sectors. Rami moved to the GCC in 2010, initially based in Qatar supporting the construction sector on projects valued up to $16 Billion USD. Now based in the UAE since 2014, Rami has used his training in Occupational Psychology, HR, Recruitment & Marketing to co-found and establish Guildhall as one of the most respected consultancies in the region.
